The HR Download centre contains guidance documents, sample letters and statutory policies which can be tailored to suit the needs of your business where appropriate.   If you already have these policies in place, they will be reviewed and updated where necessary.  

Acceptance on to the support package is by application only.  Contracts run for a period of 12 months at a time.  All members must complete a Standing Order form to pay a monthly subscription.   The monthly fee will depend on the size of the business and the number of employees and will be calculated on a sliding scale.
