Employers’ Essentials Support Package offers a range of essential support when you need it most with unlimited access to our telephone helpline and email.   

Employers’ Unlimited Support Package is offers a wider variety of benefits including an annual health and safety audit.

Employers' Essentials Support Package

Simple Corporate Resource Solutions recognise that from time-to-time you need some advice and support.  For a fixed monthly fee, your company will benefit from dedicated expert advice and support on a wide range of employment issues either via telephone, email or on-site services.  Our consultants are available Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm (excluding public holidays).

Members will also benefit from:-

• Free HR health check;
• A named contact, no call centres;
• Discounted training events;
• Exclusive members only evenings;
• Discounts on other SCRS services;
• Regular employment law update newsletters;
• Provision of a staff handbook.

Optional extra services include:

• On-site health & Safety support; 
• Employers tribunal insurance;
• Policy writing & implementation; 
• Document drafting and amending;
• Dedicated training for business owners, managers and team leaders.

Our expert consultants will significantly reduce the risk of an employment tribunal.  Your monthly subscription fee will be based on the number of employees and size of your business.

Employers’ Unlimited Support Package

• Free training workshops;
• Free annual HR health check;
• Exclusive members only events;
• A named contact, no call centres;
• Document drafting and amending;
• Discounts on other SCRS services;
• Provision of a tailored staff handbook;
• Regular employment law update newsletters;
• Unlimited access to HR, H&S and employment law advice.

All our documents are provided in a simple to understand format and are tailored to suit the individual needs of your business.  Our expert consultants will significantly reduce the risks of becoming involved with employment tribunal litigations. 

Optional extra services include:

• Ad-hoc HR project management;
• Employment legal expenses insurance;
• Dedicated training for business owners, managers and team leaders.

The monthly costs will depend on the size of the business, the number of employees and annual turnover.  Please contact one of our advisors for a review and quote. 

Acceptance on to the advice line is by application only.  Contracts run for a period of 12 months at a time.  All members must complete a Standing Order form to pay a monthly subscription.  Fees are to be reviewed annually.
