Jeni McCabe - Human Resource Consultant, Chartered MCIPD

Jeni has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors over the past 10 years.  After starting in retail, she moved in to Human Resources & Development with Dundee College where she gain experience in a wide range of human resources and learning & development issues. She then moved on to a large private sector company as Human Resource & Training Manager.

Since starting SCRSolutions Ltd, Jeni has been able to put her experience to use and has helped businesses, small and large, in a whole range of practical and strategic human resources and employment issues, including preparing and implementing staff handbooks, on-site support for disciplinaries and grievances and delivering training to business owners and managers to keep them up to date with Employment Law and HR practices. 

Jeni is dedicated to keeping up to date with employment legislation and current human resource issues and best practice via a range of resources.  She is also a member of the CIPD Tayside Committee.

Paul Donaldson - Health and Safety Advisor

Paul is an expert in the field of Health & Safety (H&S).  He has gained considerable experience during his employment with Tayside Police and most recently Scottish and Southern Energy where he was employed as Safety Training Manager. 

Paul is accredited by NEBOSH for delivery of a range of H&S training.  He has assisted many local companies to put practical H&S procedures and practices in to place.  Paul's expert area lies in Risk Assessments, Policy & Report Writing and H&S training for company management and staff. 

Caroline Dunn - Employment Law Expert

Caroline is our employment law advisor.  Her education is impressive with numerous qualifications which span law and human resources including:  LLB (Bachelor of Laws), Diploma in Professional Legal Practice, BA (Hons) Law, Diploma in Conveyancing and Executry Law, Marketing Diploma, MSc in Human Resource Management and Diploma of Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Since 2003, Caroline has represented companies and individuals at Employment Tribunals all over Scotland.  Her responsibilities are to keep up to date with the most recent employment law legislation.  In addition, Caroline will assist clients, step-by-step, through what can be very difficult grievance, discipline and dismissal processes.
